
Policy
Clients booking services exceeding 2 hours of service must provide a $150 deposit
No Show/Cancellation Policy
No Show: Clients who do not show will forfeit their $150 deposit.
Cancellation: If canceled 24 hours before the appointment, the full deposit will be refunded.
Reschedule: Clients who call on the day of their appointment can apply their $150 deposit toward a rescheduled appointment. However, to retain the full deposit, they must notify us at least three hours in advance. If the call is made less than three hours before the appointment, only half of the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled booking.

Refunds
All products and services are non-refundable.

However , if a client does not end up with the result they requested and are dissatisfied, we take that very seriously. We will redo the service at no charge if we are notified with in 7days and an appointment is scheduled within 14 days
